Have you ever wondered what goes on at the Cat Writers’ Association? Now is your chance to find out. This Saturday August 8th, CWA is holding their Annual Communications Contest and Special Awards ceremonies On-line, and everyone’s invited to attend!

In the first round of contest judging, entries of distinction are awarded a Certificate of Excellence. I received four:

“Cat Summer” in Books: Fiction: Sci-fi/Fantasy

“Cosmic Cat” and “Cat Noel” in Books: Fiction: Mystery

“Stray Poems” in Poetry

Now these entries will go on to compete for the coveted Muse Medallion. Wish me luck!

“Cosmic Cat” is also entered to compete for the World’s Best Litter-ary Special Award. Last year, “Cat Café” won this award!

CWA will be hosting a fundraising event for Tabby’s Place Cat Sanctuary during the event and welcome everyone to donate.
