People are always interested in how to make money as a writer. I’m the wrong person to ask because I’d be writing if I were the last person on Earth after the apocalypse. But I do hear things, so here goes:

    I always thought it was interesting that Stephen King couldn’t replicate his own success when he began publishing books as “Ricard Bachman.” It wasn’t until some perceptive reporter figured it out that people reevaluated “Bachman’s” work and began praising it.

    In Finland, one can publish their own poetry book through “Mediapinta” by purchasing their own book at half price, with a minimum of 25 copies. It’s not a steep price. I plan to fulfill this myself in the near future. The required amount of poems (good enough) is already almost done. One can also attempt to sell books on platforms like Amazon. I have been considering this as well, once I have the time to fully dedicate myself to writing an entire book. Finding the necessary time for it proves to be challenging. I have one such idea that I definitely want to pursue at some point.

        But I think those will be only in finnish… or I don’t know if I could make a translation of those. It would be easy nowadays to do it yourself with the help of artificial intelligence (at least translating poems is easy, I have already translated some, if only the printing company approves it). Let’s see…
